Joshua hopes to fight Fury in 2018

12 Mai 2017

Fury past year surrendered the world heavyweight titles he won by beating Klitschko in an effort to focus on his mental health problems. "When I first started my career my aim was to become a millionaire", explained Joshua, who banked £15m for his win. I will play with you.

Joshua is a humble chap, but that doesn't mean he can't enjoy the fruits of his hard earned labor.

ANTHONY Joshua has set his sights on fighting a "real villain" as he plans his next move after overcoming Wladimir Klitschko in an epic showdown at a packed Wembley.

Fury hasn't fought since shocking the world in 2015 by beating Klitschko to be crowned heavyweight champion.

Making Joshua vs Fury even more unlikely is the fact that Klitschko is entitled to a second crack at AJ due to a clause in his contract.

Joshua-Fury may not happen for some time, however. Following Joshua's triumph over one of the Heavyweight division's all-time greats, White wrote a short statement on his Instagram page congratulating the 27-year-old Brit on his performance.

Should he be granted reinstatement, Fury would in all likelihood take a warm-up bout before going toe-to-toe with Joshua. I'm sure Wlad believes he almost had AJ out of there and I know that AJ wants to iron out some mistakes and do a better job next time'.

If Klitschko retires, Joshua could face fellow Briton and former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, who is yet to regain his boxing license, after the two traded words on Twitter last week.

"We all saw [Joshua's career] had a life and death situation against Klitschko, but Klitschko couldn't land a glove on me". He'd have to have a series of fights in Las Vegas or Madison Square Garden in NY - the whole shooting match.

"Yeah, that's a fight that would bring massive attention from the top to the bottom", said Joshua.

Anthony, a 27-year-old heavyweight boxer with a nickname "AJ", is the now undefeated professional boxer, with 17 wins and an incredible 18 knockouts.
