Deal to Rockets still likely — Carmelo Anthony rumor

17 Juillet 2017

I'm here to investigate. "I don't necessarily see the fit".

Reports suggest that Anthony, who has a no-trade clause, will approve a trade to the Rockets or the Cleveland Cavaliers. Guard CJ McCollum sent speculation into a frenzy Sunday night when he posted a photoshopped picture of Anthony in a Trail Blazers jersey on his Instagram account. For now, trade talks have stalled, and the Knicks are re-evaluating everything again. Meaning that there's little-to-no-chance that the Knicks pitching to Melo to try and get him to un-waive his trade clause will actually work. Breakfast tacosLet's start with the most important meal of the day. In other words, they committed. In his five completed seasons in Houston, James Harden has earned more than $76.5 million from the Rockets.

Which brings us to Chris Paul. Melo wants out from the Big Apple. Or is this the first of its kind. The Rockets struggled to gain any momentum in the 2015-16 season.

However, ESPN claimed that the Rockets were looking at the Trail Blazers to facilitate a multi-team deal that would land Anthony in Houston.

Thus, we should perceive Paul's midrange shots more as a byproduct than a penchant for inefficient chucking. James Harden can conceivably buy all 10 houses, three times with $228 million. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Anthony has "begun to prioritize a trade to the Rockets", as opposed to the Cavaliers.

Kleber averaged 8.9 points and 5.3 rebounds a game last season with Germany's FC Bayern Munich in 37 Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) games, and averaged 9.7 points and 6.6 rebounds in 17 EuroCup games.

First, it's important to consider Anthony's current team. Mills and Perry are evaluating whether it's worth allowing time for Anthony's standing around the NBA to be rebuilt, as opposed to trading him at an all-time low, league sources said.

The top point guard still on the market is still Derrick Rose. There was been too much chatter about the Knicks' interest in the Blazers' small forward to exclude him.

Harden ran 56.3 percent of the Rockets' pick and rolls last season. With the Knicks wanting to talk to Anthony about possibly reintegrating himself with the team and starting over fresh, Hardaway sees a way that can happen with both men in New York. It won't be an entirely natural shift.

But it gets even worse!
