If he isn't world class, what class is Harry Kane?

The Terriers looked good for the first five minutes and even stung the palms of Hugo Lloris with a long-range shot from Tommy Smith.

Harry Kane is the obvious pick in this market, but he doesn't provide much value for money at odds around 5/9.

Fresh off his sixth hat trick of 2017 in the Champions League midweek, Kane put Tottenham ahead in the ninth minute by latching onto a long header forward by Kieran Trippier and delivering a low finish inside the near post.

Six minutes later the Londoners doubled their advantage.

Ben Davies and Moussa Sissoko were on the scoresheet for the north London side. In addition, 17 of Kane's 29 league goals last season were scored in the capital.

There could've been more!

Strikers are used to hitting thunderbolts when given time and space, but Kane's was from his weaker left-foot and his effort flew into the top corner six minutes before the half-hour mark.

Huddersfield is in the 8th place with 9 points and Tottenham Hotspur is in the 4th place with 11 points. It was probably the best first half of football from Spurs all season, and they took a deserved 3-0 lead into the break. "It will not help Harry to start comparing him to this type of player".

The only blot on Spurs' game was a caution for midfielder Dele Alli for simulation contact inside the Huddersfield box. What kept Kane from a ideal 10 was his rather selfish play a times in the final third where he could have got an assist instead of forcing a shot.

Moussa Sissoko added late gloss to the scoreline with his first league goal for Tottenham. Son Heung-Min came on for Kane in the dying moments. They were incredible in attack and defence and played such a huge part of Spurs' system that their loss was keenly felt. His shot deflects off Schindler on its way to the net. Sanchez was also very fourtunate not to have a penalty given against him with the score at 1-0 when he seemed to barge over Elias Kachunga from behind.

My word, that was fun!

"I've never met Ronaldo but I'm a fan of course, I'm a fan of great footballers and he is one of the best - especially of my generation".

Huddersfield are unbeaten at home in the Premier League (W1, D2), conceding just once.
