Central England Co-op supports World Mental Health Day

"I managed to get through my mental health problems by surrounding myself with positive influences, and being able to talk through the issues with close friends and family. But it is equally important that when young people reach out, that they get the appropriate help they need for the appropriate length of time".

HR directors and line managers also agreed that keeping people healthy and in work had benefits for the individual in their process of recovery.
