Orlando resident snags a golden ticket to Hollywood on 'American Idol'

AMERICAL Idol returned to US TV screens last night and one lucky contestant kissed a girl. and liked it! While Lionel wasn't sure about alpacas and Luke had no idea what "wig" meant, Katy knew exactly what Noah was talking about.

Laine Hardy made it to the judges on American Idol, and says a push from his mother changed his life.

Auditions were held in New York, Nashville, Los Angeles and Orlando. And it seems just like not-so-old times.
