More 'Rick and Morty' Episodes Are on the Way, Nerds

11 Mai 2018

Thanks to the show's vehement, aggressive, and sometimes horrifying fanbase, Rick and Morty is a show that's been well-embedded into the public conciseness. If you are not watching this series and are a fan of adult animated comedies, this is the show for you to watch on Hulu.

It's great news for Roiland too, who can finally stop living in Harmon's shower.

Your guess is as good as mine, but both Harmon and Roiland are aware of how much fans are looking forward to more Rick and Morty.

Roseanne star Sarah Chalke plays Rick's daughter - and Morty's mom - Beth. Unsurprisingly, fans demanded answers from the show's creators, Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon.

Dan received this lovely message recently, which said: "Quit wasting time and go finish the next R&M season, you lazy alcoholic".

Rick & Morty debuted in 2013 and aired its third season in 2017. Season 3 wrapped in October, and CNET reports that the show won't likely return until 2019.

For months now, we've been told the next season of Rick & Morty has been stalled - that they weren't even working on it. In comparison, the season 2 finale only got 1.84. For example, the Mad Max episode was originally supposed to be an episode where they entered the universe of a book that Jerry wrote. When it came to the writing of this episode, Harmon said that they really wanted to spotlight the location as the main character in the way that Spike Lee did in Summer of Sam and Do The Right Thing. Let us know in the comments down below! Because the show isn't just renewed for a new season.

What do you think about this latest development by Adult Swim? They sent Heavy an advanced copy, and we have to say that it's pretty fantastic.

This is a developing story.

So when can we expect more episodes?

As a way to mark the 70-episode renewal announcement, Adult Swim is preparing to launch a multi-city pop-up event, featuring a Rickmobile, as a way of thanking the program's impassioned fanbase.
