Defiant as Trump rages, Omarosa says she won't be silenced

16 Août 2018

Omarosa, on a publicity tour of talk shows for her new book, has emerged from her brief stint in Trump's White House as a Trump enemy, after years of publicly praising him and working for his campaign and administration. Some are backed up with audio recordings.

"He is such a f**kup".

Manigault Newman has been associated with Trump for more than a decade.

The book also alleges that Trump denigrated the looks of Tubman, the former slave and widely revered abolitionist whom President Barack Obama planned to honour on the twenty-dollar bill. "And he said, 'Well, why don't you just go ahead and put it to bed?'" Trump is quoted as saying. Manigault Newman says that while fellow contestant and Trump friend Dennis Rodman's drinking was forgiven, "Trump didn't have the same compassion for Khloe Kardashian ..."

"Correction from today's briefing: Jobs numbers for Pres Trump and Pres Obama were correct, but the time frame for Pres Obama wasn't".

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said, however, that she couldn't guarantee that no such tape exists, but that she'd never heard such a recording. "He has done it multiple times, and it's odd because most people, when they think of dogs, they don't think of firing them", Meyers said. The only way to shut him down, she said, is to "don't give him the oxygen" that comes from news stories, clicks, and likes.

"You can tell she's taking out important context".

"It appeared to me that Ivanka had gotten so used to his touching her in ways that made others cringe and either didn't notice it anymore or purposefully allowed it to happen."

On May 7 2018, Melania launched her flagship campaign as First Lady, BE BEST, which The White House describes as "an awareness campaign focused entirely around the well-being of children". "There have been some pretty, in my opinion, significant integrity issues related to you", he is heard telling her, referencing her use of government vehicles and "money issues". Her claim that it would "placate" Manigault Newman, who Pierson says was obsessed with the "n-word tapes." makes little sense on its face.

Carlo Allegri/ReutersOmarosa Manigault claims President Donald Trump considered getting sworn in on his book, "The Art of the Deal", instead of the Bible. "I knew that I had to cover my back and document what I saw as an opportunity to blow the whistle on a lot of the corruption going on in the White House". I don't think words like that should be used - especially by the president.

Asked about the pact, Manigault Newman told MSNBC she did not believe she had violated it.

Trump ratcheted up his rhetoric against Manigault Newman on Tuesday.

Manigault Newman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

"What I also know to be true, Omarosa doesn't fight fair", he said.

The source says Ivanka and Kushner called Manigault-Newman to console her a day after chief of staff John Kelly kicked her to the curb.

Longtime Dallas tea-partier and President Donald Trump supporter Katrina Pierson has found herself in the middle of this week's presidential mini-scandal, thanks to allegations made by former White House adviser Omarosa Manigault-Newman.

In a related development, a Trump campaign official said the campaign, which is gearing up for his 2020 re-election run, had filed an arbitration against Manigault Newman for breaching a 2016 confidentiality agreement.

While Meyers didn't mention that distinction during his segment on Manigault Newman, he said that "anyone who calls a black woman a "dog" is a racist with a rotted-out soul".
