The company is emphasising heavily on two newly-introduced features- an in-display fingerprint sensor and the water droplet notch as seen on the recently launched Oppo F9 Pro. In India, information related to price, availability and specification of VVO X23 is expected to be available on September 6 only on the day of the launch event.
The Vivo V11 announced for India will sell for ₹25,990 (roughly P19,441 or $364) when it goes on sale from September 12.
Vivo also unveiled the Funmoji, which looks very similar to the Apple's Animoji.
The handset will run on Android 8.1 Oreo-based FunTouch OS 4.5.

Vivo X23 will come with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1080×2340 pixels full HD+ resolution panel. It also comes with in-display fingerprint sensor (4th-gen). The company also collaborated with Unreal Engine, Tencent Game Lab, and Netease Game Lab to enhance their games on Vivo smartphones with Dual Turbo engine. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor along with Adreno 512 GPU.
"V11 Pro" features a 12MP+5MP dual rear camera combination and a 25MP selfie camera with "Dual-Pixel Autofocus" technology. The device also has AI face unlock coupled with an Infrared sensor for unlocking in the dark, according to Vivo. The device comes with a 3,400mAh with fast charge technology. The Vivo V11 Pro featured with vertically placed dual camera sensors at top of the left corner on the back side along with LED flash. It houses a 3.5-mm audio jack, dual-SIM slots, and you can even expand storage further. Following the success of the V9 earlier this year, Vivo has stepped up its development of AI to answer the consumer demand for more powerful photography features which adapt to any scenario. The phone has been made available in Dazzling Gold and Starry Night Black colour options.
